However, their current "lacking brand identity" means they're likely missing out on critical opportunities. Without a distinct identity, they might blend in with competitors, making it harder to attract new clients, and potential clients might not immediately grasp the full breadth of their services encompassing architectural design, engineering, construction, and project management. Furthermore, a weak brand can hinder expansion efforts as it's difficult to replicate an undefined image across new markets or service lines, and a strong brand gives employees a unified vision and something tangible to rally around, which is currently lacking.
